Akhila Jayaram of class IX won the Bangalore round of the HDFC Standard Life Spell Bee contest powered by the Times of India.She was awarded a cash Prize of Rs 20,000 .

As part of the Service wing activities, students of Standard IX were taken to Ashakta Poshaka Sabha at V.V Puram, on the 19th of December, to conduct games for the orphanage children and also visit the old age home.

An exhibition showcasing India's contribution to the world will be held on the 13th of January 2010, in the school premises during school hours.All parents are welcome.

The investiture, will be held on the 19th of February at 9.00 am wherein new leaders for the next academic year will be administered the oath of office Hobby Club Day is also being organized on the same day wherein children will display all that they have learnt in their hobby classes .The exhibits will be on display between 1 and 3 pm.
